1987 Ford XL F250, 2 WD , 6.9 Diesel, Automatic Transmission, 8 foot Bed. I bought this truck in 1987 and put 226,000 miles on it and parked in front of my warehouse 11 years ago. I intended on restoring it but that does seem likely now. It was struck in the driver's side front fender by a snow plow last winter. It has some small rust issues and rough spots that come along with years of use. The motor was still running when I parked it and the transmission and rear were in good shape as well. The motor did not smoke or have any problems, although I do think a mechanic should check it out. I think it would be a fun restoration project but I guess it could also be used as a parts truck. I have the title. I believe the drivers side emergency cable may be frozen. Local pick up only. I will clean out the bed prior to sale.
