Vehicle Detail
1999 JEEP WRANGLER SPORT 4x4 If you are a serious buyer, please contact me - any offers under $10k are auto declined. I had someone ask for engine and undercarriage photos, I do have a couple if you want them. Just need an email to send them. I have done a lot of work on this Jeep, upgrades and maintenance. There are a few things that still need be done, but nothing major. Here is a list of the items I had replaced, upgraded, or added: new brake lines from master cylinder to each wheelnew FRONT rotors and pads, rear drums turned/resurfaced new upper and lower steering shaft (heavy duty upgrade) new steering gear boxnew steering pumpupgraded to HD drag link and toe rodupgraded steering stabilizer new 117a alternatorboth differentials have been serviced with new seals and greasetransmission and clutch fluids have been changednew muffler and tail pipe upgraded front and rear bumpers and side rockers (see pics)5 new 33"x12" Mud terrain tires (spare is different brand, bought before the other 4)added 4 LED spot lights, 2 bumper mount, 2 windshield mountDriver and Passenger seats are new (rear seat REMOVED)Interior carpet removed, metal was primed with insulating paint and then sprayed with "Upol Rapter" bed liner.Added custom camo shift bootAdded MP3 JVC stereo with new front speakers and sound bar speakers. I also added a Pioneer 250w 4ch amp (sub can be added if so desired). I can also remove this if you do not want it.and more... The Jeep has full sized doors and removable hardtop. I also have a windshield channel for soft tops or safari tops. I had a safari top but it was ripped by high winds in a storm last year. I found it on Amazon for $35-40 - easy and cheap to add. The Jeep only has a heater, no A/C. I always removed the hardtop except for winter so there was never a need for A/C even in 100 degree weather. I also have a weatherproof cover to use when the hardtop is off, this will keep rain and critters out of the Jeep when the top is off! I bought this Jeep with a lift kit already installed - has Rancho RS500 shocks. I believe it is a 3" suspension lift with a 1" body lift. It is still functioning properly, shocks are still good. Here are a few thing I was going to replace but did not do for one reason or another. These things are not 'must do', but should be mentioned:driver floor pan (had a bad rust spot, I welded a steel plate in instead of replacing whole thing)battery pan (was going to replace when new battery was needed)window tint (some scratches, just needs to be re-tinted)4x4 dash light is out (was not an issue for me)heater does not blow in "feet only" mode (needs new actuator - never an issue for me) This Jeep is by no means perfect, there are some scratches, dings, etc - but what would you expect from a 16 year old JEEP. I tried to take pics to represent the overall condition. It drives good, goes into 4x4 drive properly and is straight. If you have any questions, PLEASE ask before placing bid. This is a USED vehicle and is sold AS-IS with NO warranty or returns. Thanks for looking and happy bidding. For anyone following this sale, I had mentioned that the Jeep needed front rotors. I have just replaced the front rotors and pads. Another maintenance item done.
