This bike was abandoned and stored in my nephews garage for more than 5 years. I cleaned it up, took carb apart and soaked it in cleaner, changed the oil, oil filter and battery, new fork oil, new o ring chain, put on smaller blinkers and mirrors (original were just too ugly). The rear brakes were stuck, so I replaced the pads and caliper pistons and now work perfectly. The bike runs smooth and strong. It idles well and runs perfectly. It is not in show room condition but is 100% mechanically solid and all parts work as intended. Inside gas tank is pristine. No rust on bike except on the ends of the center stand. The side bags will be included with the bike. I have about $500 in parts and 20 hours of work into this bike. I have lots of bikes and just do it as a hobby. I got the bike with 1400 original miles on it and have put about 2000 more carefree fun filled miles on it over the last year. This is a great beginners bike or cheep, reliable and funky around town transportation bike. It gets more than 50mpg. I have many other bikes, including KTMs. Duchati and BMWs but find myself using this bike around town because it is so easy and fun. I took off the rear handle/helmet lock, rear pegs, crash bars, old mirrors and blinkers (one was broken) and will include them. It has a legal Vermont title as I got the bike without a title. I can meet buyer along the route seen in the picture on 7/7 PM or 7/8 as I will be driving from Chicago area to Rehobeth Beach starting 7/7 afternoon and ending 7/8 afternoon.
