You are bidding on a 1981 CBX 1000 with 1,216 original miles. Please review the pictures carefully. This bike was a gift from my Father-in-law. It has been in storage for over 10 years. I tried to get the bike running last year but was not able to get the bike to idle and do not have the proper equipment to sync the carbs. I have ridden it up and down the street and everything on the bike seems good. Suspension holds air and it shifts strong.  This is an excellent looking bike with on 1,216 original miles. People will think that you just rolled it out of the showroom floor! Here is the list of everything I know to be wrong with the bike:       Minor nick on gas tank (Pictured) Minor Scratches on side bags from storage and some pitting on clasps (Pictured) Missing lower fairing leg shields Missing vacuum controlled shut off diaphragm  One carburetor clamp has been replaced with a hose clamp. Otherwise, the bike looks all original and could be good as new with some minor detailing/cleaning. The bike has a clean California title and is on Non-op.
