1957 Plymouth Custom Suburban Station Wagon. Correct original example. Beautiful solid condition. Always garaged and cared for. The factory matching-numbers Fury V-8 Motor is powerful and runs very strong. The Engine Compartment still has its original decals and washer bag. This car features Chrysler's Push-Button Automatic Power Flite Transmission, Torsion Bar Suspension, and Power Steering. Gorgeous original factory colors: Two-tone Sky Blue and White. The attractive and original three-tone Interior - in Dark Blue, Light Blue, and Tan - has never been altered, including the Dashboard, Door Panels, Headliner, Seats, etc. The Dashboard and Gauges in particular are in excellent original condition. All the vinyl panels on the Seats are completely intact and are in great original condition, although the cloth on the front seat has split at the seams. All the Glass is intact too, including the beautiful wrap-around Windshield and the curved rear windows. The Tailgate Window opens and closes properly. The entire Tailgate itself is very solid and opens and closes correctly. The spare tire well is completely solid, amazing. The Undercarriage is very solid as well, including the rocker panels and quarters. The whitewall tires are all in very good condition. The original 1957 Plymouth literature is in the glove compartment.Virgil Exner's futuristic Flite-Sweep styling was one of his best designs ever. Ads described Plymouth's new look as "Suddenly - It's 1960! Now Plymouth is three full years ahead."
