Up for an auction is my 1995 Ford F-150 XLT extended cab with only 115,000 miles. I bought it 5 years ago and used it only to carry my ATV and to go to the Home Depot once in a while. It was garaged every night. The truck runs fine. I never had a problem with the engine or transmission. The only thing I replaced on it was the exhaust a couple of years ago. It is a really nice, clean truck and the only reason I'm selling it is that I bought a boat and had to buy a bigger truck to tow it with. There is no more room in the garage. The bad stuff: * right front bearing is noisy and needs to be replaced* the rearview mirror fell off and needs to be reattached (I have it)* I had to use the spare tire at some point and I can't put it back in under the truck for whatever reason (I have the spare tire and the parts needed)* the parking brake cable is broken* the check engine light comes on sometimes. My mechanic told me that it was related to the emission controls on this year of the truck that were not designed properly. He said to ignore it. I take the truck for the inspection when the check engine light is off and it passes on the first try. Never had a problem. The inspection is current and valid until next year.
