I bought this car with big intentions. Too many projects not enough time or money. Need to sell to fund another project. This is a rare and desirable 50 Chevy Bel air two door hardtop. Solid car. mostly complete, I would say probably 90 percent. This car has alot of the accessory chrome that is very hard to find. Has some of the normal 50 Chevy rust but not the worst I've seen. Front floors could be patched but would be better if you installed new ones. Rear floors are solid. Trunk only has a couple of very small quarter sized holes that could be easily patched. I have not removed the chrome to inspect the lower rockers but I am guessing they will need some patching. I do have the rear seat springs and a windshield. The windshield is usable but really should be replaced, rock chips and scratches. No engine currently in the car but I do have two 1954 235 engines that go with the car. One engine is incomplete. One is mostly complete and did run less than a year ago but had a knock. It is currently partially disassembled. The brakes do not work. The car is a roller and can be moved easily. I was going to get this running and leave the exterior of the car just like it is. It has great patina! Even comes with the tree stump in the rear bumper! I highly encourage that you look carefully at the picture or come and see it in person. What you see is what you get. I DO have a clean title in my name for this car! I would like the car picked up within two weeks after the end of the auction but arrangements can be made to hold for up to four weeks. Sorry, no trades. Get your wife's permission first.
