Vehicle Detail

As I said in the condition statement, my Dad bought this car in the early 1970s, with the idea that he was going to make it into a hot rod. Instead, he got distracted by a big orange Chevelle. He parked this car in the barn, and that's where it's been for at least 35 years. The car was running fine when he parked it. I remember taking a ride with my grandparents in it, sometime in the 1980s. It is a 2 door, 3 spd (on the column) and runs on a 6 volt electrical system. The odometer reading is what the car says currently, but we have no idea if it is correct. In the 1970s, my Dad replaced the floorboards and did a tiny bit of bondo work over one fender. Recently, the paint started to peel on top, so he primered it to make it look better. One of the back windows is busted out. We have not started it recently because of it being 6 volts, but the rear end, motor, and transmission are all loose and working. The body is very solid. This car could be incredible in the right hands! I found out that we DO NOT HAVE THE KEY to this car. You can still start it using the switch and button, but you won't be able to lock the doors/trunk until you get a key.
