1950 Ford Coupe hot rod for sale to highest bidder. I have owned this car for about 2.5 years. The car looks, runs and drives great. The previous owner really did a great job on this one of a kind car. The body is mated to a 1972 Ford Torino frame, the engine is a built 351 C 2V , C-6 trans 9 in, PB, PS all in good working order. The car also has a American racing aluminum radiator with electric trans cooler, Lokar shifter ,new 12 volt EZ wiring harness. New 12 v wipers motor. The interior is all redone but the head liner however, the bows are there. New glass has been installed where needed.The double pass engine oil cooler has a dedicated electric fan. The 351 Cleveland engine is bored .030 over 8.5:1 compression, Isky hydraulic cam 260 duration-high torque, Melling high volume oil pump, Cloyes TRU roller timing set.Holley double pump carburetor electric fuel pump, 1 3/4 pri tubular headers and flow master mufflers. 9 inch rear end 3.70. The engine / trans rebuilding was done about 5 years ago. I installed the new vintage air heating system ,steering column, wire harness , steering gear box, power steering pump ,speedometer, brakes , tires, interior, new chrome bumpers, paint job, gas tank sending unit, tach and all gages. Everything works except the e brake, trunk lock, clock and radio. Again it is not a show car but could be if you put more work into it. You can drive it daily and just about anywhere. No leaks.. The body is good. Doors, hood, trunk open and close correctly and could be adjusted if you want. The rear wheel flairs were manufactured by a custom hot rod shop locally to resemble the Chrystler 300 wheel flairs.
