Up for auction is a '75 Mercedes 280. This car is in very good condition. Has been a California car most of it's life, thus there is very little rust (just a little under the trim in a couple places). This car starts easy, even in -0 temperatures. Interior is clean with no rips or tears (the exception is the top of the back seat which has deteriorated from sun damage).Windows are electric; they all work like they are supposed to. The car runs smooth, rides smooth and the transmission shifts as it was designed to. Has quite a bit of power for a 6 cylinder; will get up to 70 mph rather quickly. Tires are very good with only a few thousand miles on them. It doesn't smoke or use oil. It is a very nice car overall; I wouldn't hesitate to drive it anywhere.
