THIS CAR WAS RUNNING WHEN PUT INTO STORAGE IN 2012 AND HAS BEEN TURNED OVER REGULARLY SINCE, MOTOR TURNS FREE AND CLEAR. This car is located in the state of Maine and always has been, Maine is a Non Title State for vehicles over 15 years old, I have clear ownership, but there is no title and never has been. I can provide a letter from the State of Maine, that states this, so that the car can be titled in your state, I have sold several cars like this to other states and Canada with no problems.
