This auction is for a Victory Red 2005 Chevrolet Avalanche # 384 of 700 trucks Joe Gibbs Performance modified and is certified by a limited production dash plaque. This 2005 Avalanche 4WD is a rare conversion due to the fact most of the vehicles modified were Silverados, and Tahoes. The power has been significantly enhanced by the Gibbs / Magnuson designed supercharged intercooler, an Eaton Gen V “Hybrid root” system, a Superchip’s computer program. The interior includes a Joe Gibbs designed gauge cluster and a limited production (no. 384) dash plaque and Joe Gibbs floormats. This Avalanche was powered by a Flex Fuel Vortec 5300 5.3L V8, with 4 speed automatic transmission with tow/haul mode from the factory. Now for the really good stuff less than 10,000 miles ago there have been some modifications done using the original engine block. It was fitted with a Callies crankshakt, J&E billet rods, J&E pistons, LS3 ported heads, 90mm throttle body, 15 pounds of boost was added, Custom ground camshaft, Kenne Bell fuel & spark booster, 4L80 Transmission, Monster brand transfer case, 1000 hp driveshaft, Headers and a magna flow exhaust and a 9 1/2/in rearend was installed. It has 275/55R20 Hankook Ventus ST tires with MB motoring alum wheels. This Avalanche has the convert-a-cab featuring a midgate as well as a 3 piece rigid composite cargo cover and removable rubber mat. The bed has a locking tailgate, cargo area tie downs, and two lockable rear top storage boxes built in. ,power heated mirrors, tilt steering, power locks, power windows,cruise control, Onstar, cruise control, Autotrack 4WD with manual settings, HD trailering equipment with a Draw Tite electronic brake controller. This is just to name a few options. In the pictures you can see the original window stickers with all the options.I also have all the manuals that came with it new. This Avalanche had a window sticker new at the dealer for $61134.00 The original owner told me the dealer added another $5,000.00 to it just because of it being so rare. So if your in the market for an Avalanche but want one that will set you apart from the crowd your search is over !!! This avalanche runs and drives and rides super.I wouldn't hesitate driving it to the west coast or anywhere else for that matter. But if you really want to make those Mustang lovers shake there head when you show them what it will do hang on because it will lean you back in the seat. This avalanche is very clean from top to bottom just check out the pictures. Its not perfect but its very close. It has never seen any snow or salt.
