For sale is this 1969 Chevelle SS. The car was purchased locally in North Carolina from a gentleman who had owned it since 1972. The car has not been on the raod since the early 80's. The original engine and transmission was scrapped by the previous owner around this time and never replaced. It is an original 396 SS equipped 4 speed car. It does not have an engine or transmission currently and is being sold as a roller, as is. I had intentions to to work on it in conjunction with a 1955 Bel Air I have, but two car restorations has proven to be too much to find time for. The car is good to go now with a motor and trans, but if you have intentions to restore it to show condition it will need some additional work to get there. Interior: The driver and middle rear seat need to be recovered. Needs a package tray and headliner. Exterior: I would recommend replacing the front fenders for show quality. There is some body filler on bottom of these panels. Rear quarters have some body filler on bottom of lowest body line nearest the rear bumper. Some small dents and dings here and there, but nothing out of the ordinary for the age of the car. Trunk pan has a few small holes. Missing 1 piece of rear window chrome, the other 3 are present. Needs weatherstripping around rear window and trunk. Frame and undercarriage is solid and straight. Feel free to contact me with any questions I may have failed to address.
