Up for auction is a 2007 Honda Civic that I purchased for my favorite daughter. Since I intended to modify it for her, and being a high line restoration shop, CATZ auto dot com, I purchased this car through a dealers salvage auction in September of 2009. The one photo with my son is when we picked it up at the auction in Virginia. The car had light damage on the left front and ran/drove. There was no frame or drivetrain damage and the car was brought back within specification. We then installed an SI performance suspension, SI rear wing, custom rear bumper, lip on the front bumper cover, side skirts and a Seibon carbon fiber hood. We then repainted the entire car using Glasurit base/clear coat with painted pink stripe and fading on the carbon fiber hood. There were NO engine or drivetrain modifications whatsoever and is completely stock (for dependability reasons). There are 17” wheels mounted with Toyo Proxes A20 tires with at least ½ tread life left. The wheels and tires were$1,600.00 and purchased new. The interior was removed and had Gucci material inserts and headliner installed by my trim shop. Material alone was $800.00. There is a new Pioneer double din radio with navigation unit installed. We then added heated seats, custom black grille, Angle Eye headlights with 50 watt HID headlights and LED rear tail lights and a stainless muffler to give it a bit of attitude, but not too much. This is not some amature "modified tuner car" with stick on accessories. If you had to pay someone to do this to your car the bill would exceed $20,000.00 (but hey, it's for my favorite daughter so anything goes!) This car is in top condition, it runs smoothly, no smoke, gets great gas mileage 30+, tracks straight as an arrow, zero alignment issues, funny noises, rattles or vibration of any sort. My daughter drove this car daily back and forth from college. She has now graduated and I purchased her a Range Rover Evoque which is the only reason this car is for sale. This is a great car and has been trouble free for at least the 40,000 miles she put on it since 2009. In an effort to answer repetitive questions; Is there any “check engine” or SRS/ABS lights that go on? No, all units are functioning normally and have been for a long time. Is there any funny noises or vibration? There is NO abnormal noise from the car what so ever. It tracks straight as an arrow, tires wear evenly, zero vibration up to 90+ MPH and handles as normal. This car needs nothing, get in it and drive coast to coast (in style) at 30+ MPG. Are there any cigarette burns on the seats or carpet? This is a non smoker’s car in excellent condition. There are no rips/tears or any abnormal situations other than light use everyday wear. Is there any rust or rust repair? There is no rust or rust repair. Are there any dents and dings? There are a few very light dings that are hardly noticeable and maybe a few stone chips due to normal driving. Is the front grille damaged in the center? No that is where I tried to optically cover the license plate behind the grille, sorry. Have you built any other Tuner cars? Is there a “buy it now price”? No I fully intend to sell the car to the highest bidder and have the reserve set at what a normal Civic would sell for. Yes, the speakers have been upgraded to Rockford Fosgate high end speaker line. Yes, the spare tire and jack are in the trunk. Yes, I own the car free and clear and there will not be any bank or other delays waiting for the title to clear as I have it in my hand.
