1978 Mercedes Benz 300D 47,293 Actual Miles This 2 owner 1978 Mercedes Benz 300D is truly a very rare find. Light Ivory exterior (Code 623) is matched with a gorgeous Bamboo MB Tex Interior. Exterior paint still has a showroom quality shine and is well complimented with bright and clear chrome trim all around. Bright-work around the exterior glass is still very clear and bright, and rubber seals are excellent. All original glass is crystal clear. The vehicle's interior shows like it did on the showroom floor in 1978. The dash is in near flawless condition and is beautifully accented by Zebrano wood inlays that have a mirror like finish. Bambo MB Tex seat covers are also nearly flawless and the original carpeting has no signs of sun fade. Please look at the carpeting on the rear shelf. All of the vehicles jambs, trunk, and engine bay are spotless. All power options function 100% as well as OEM Becker Europa Radio and power antenna. The vehicle's air conditioning blows ice cold through the proper vents. Needless to say at 47k miles, this legendary diesel is just about breaking in !!! All original books and manuals are present, as well as the original spare tire and first aid kit.
