This project truck is a "barn find" unit. It is unique in that it is equipped with a 6 cylinder engine when most Ford trucks of that era had V-8s. Tires are 7.50 - 17. The information tag states that the trim is "BGA" paint was "09" ratio is "5.14" wheelbase is "130" and GVW is "9800 lbs." This unit was listed in March 2015 with an opening bid of $1,150.00. At that time the engine was not running. Now the engine starts right up and runs perfectly. The reserve price is very reasonable at $1,700.00 which equals the original amount plus the cost of a complete carburetor overhaul, new fuel pump, coil, plugs, plug wires, distributor cap, rotor, points, condenser and a new battery. The reserve is also lower than offers received for the two doors and the grille as parts. This grille is unique to trucks equipped with 6 cylinder engines since it does not include the "V-8" emblem. There are not many of these trucks left so I resisted selling parts preferring to offer it as a complete unit. In the event that the reserve is not met this time, I will consider selling parts.
