0 false 18 pt 18 pt 0 0 false false false 1985/86 Honda ATC 350X vintage racer. This is truly a beautiful machine! Frame off restoration. This 350X is one off. It’s a 85 frame with 86 motor (Dave Moore), forks, and swingarm assembly. Almost everything is new or rebuilt. You wont be dissipointed. Here is whats done:· 1985 350X Frame stripped and fully gusseted all the way around to even reinforcing all motor mounts and stock welds and putting in stronger rear seat secton. Then powder coated Honda red. All work done by HRE ATV.· Custom 1986 350x style built swingarm. Powder coat black. Built by HRE ATV.· SCHMIDTY RACING rear shock anodized black and chrome parts full rebuild W/ EIBACH spring.· 86 Front forks and triples full Rebuild w/ RACETECH Gold Valves and Custom RACETECH Springs, all fluid seals bushings etc replaced. With the Gold Valves these forks are now fully adjustable (currently set with 40lb spring with 4 turns of preload for a middle firmness) The front springs were modded to .52kg. · ALL BALLS Racing bearings all over. Steering Neck tapered bearings, Front wheel hub, Swingarm, Axle carrier duel row bearings.· RENTHAL 7/8 black bars· ODI locking grips (very quick to change off)· MOTION Pro Throttle and Clutch cable(fully lubricated)· ASV-F4 unbeakable front brake lever w/ 400ex master cylinder.· ASV-F4 unbreakable adjust on the fly clutch lever assembly.· OEM thumb throttle with new internals.· OEM wiring harness works perfect.· OEM 85 front hub w/all balls bearings and seals.· GALFER braded stainless red brake lines front and rear.· OEM 85 front caliper w/EBC pads· OEM 86 rear caliper w/EBC pads· DURABLUE HD+4 Rear Axle.· DURABLUE 3 pc posi lock nut.· NOS Rear brake rotor.· NOS Rear caliper mount.· OEM brake hub.· RAD MFG duel row axle carrier(red H-7).· SIDEWINDER Ti-2 rear custom 34 tooth sprocket (taller gearing)· SIDEWINDER drilled front sprocket 13 tooth· SIDEWINDER 520 O-Ring chain.· NOS lower chain guide· UPP Racing upper chain guide· LONESTAR RACING billet tapper lock wheel hubs.· DWT red Front wheel custom powder coated black w/ KENDA front max tire 23.5x8x11.· ITP BAJA 9 rear wheels black w/ MAXXIAS Razr tires 20x11x10.· HRE custom foot pegs w/ ARP custom made stainless bolts.· IMS Shifter· PRM Desert grab bar, PRM Engine skid plate and PRM swingarm skid plate.· HRE Custom rear seat mount.· CLARKE Tank, front and rear fender sets Maier (all plastics are not new so there are some very small scratches)· Custom 368x seat cover.MOTOR· 1986 350x motor worked to a 368cc. Built by DaveMooreRacing.· 110 Octane only! Or 50%race and 50% 93. But I would only run 110.· High compression piston.· Head was Ported, Big Valves, Heavy duty springs, TI retainers, Hardened rockers.· Megacycle Cam· Lightened fly wheel· Machined clutch basket, W/ HD Clutch· Engine received all new machine work, gaskets and bearings when built.· New BelRay Synthetic 10w-40 oil change w/K&N Oil Filter.· Carb was jetted and modified by dave mooore as well (set for sea level )· UNI AIR FILTER· DG Full RCM Exhaust· Stainless bolts replaced almost every bolt on the 350x. Chassis has 0 hrs since rebuild only test run. Motor has a little under 30hrs on since build I bought it from a guy in Oregon who was the one who had it built(only motor) runs awesome and is a power house. I am sure I forgot something! Head light and tail light wiring are still there if you one day wanted to put them on. There was so much I did to make this into a ATC that could handle vintage track days or just have fun on it at home! I have hundreds of pictures of the process which i would be more than happy to have printed for the winning bidder. I have other projects in the works so I need the garage space. Sold as is.
