As you can see in the Pontiac Motor Division original order sheet copy, WS6 is not mentioned, other than the wheels and tires. It is possible the previous owner added the upgrades at a later date. I also forgot to mention that it now has true dual exhaust with large tubing. All I know is that I have owned multiple 78 and 79 TA's and this one rides a lot firmer and steers a lot quicker than the others, including the blue one I just sold that was a hot 455 and factory Hurst four speed. Sorry about the confusion.
