This is a numbers matching car, the engine does not run but it appears to all be there. The body and floor pans are all solid, and I have the trim for the front and back glass. It comes with new rear drum brakes and a front disc break conversion kit still in the box. This is a complete car as far as I can tell, but I am no Cadillac expert.
