I am selling my personal black 1997 Ford Thunderbird V8. The car has perfect beige leather interior, a sunroof, premium wheels and the original premium sound system. I am selling because I am in business and I own 2 SUVs and 2 vans. The fact that I have other cars to drive makes this car redundant and a 2-door vehicle is not conducive to my line of work. The car looks and runs great for its age and mileage. The gentleman who owned it before I did took great care of this vehicle. This car has never let me down. Please note that the mileage is likely to increase slowly since it is still being driven. I'll continue to drive it until it is sold as I know a car in use is better than a car sitting still...plus the weather makes for a pleasant drive in my down time. Issues - The left window occasionally has a minor squeak and raises a drop slower than the right (but has never gotten stuck). The number 4 preset button on the radio is stuck and doesn't currently function. There is a piece of plastic floor trim that cracked on the lower passenger side on the interior next to the door. I purchased the car like this but never wanted to glue it for fear of it looking sloppy. It can be glued if you so choose. Small imperfections in the paint due to age - but still belies its age by far!!! The great - NO CHECK ENGINE LIGHT Brakes relatively new all-around New oil filter New transmission fluid New torque converter New spark plugs New air filter Original transmission replaced at 50k miles by Ford New Paint (2011) on hood and front bumper (not involved in accident) Clean and clear title. Just over 186k miles (remember that the car remains active. Therefore, the actual mileage may increase day to day) Rear tires have about 7500 miles on them. Everything in/on the car works. The car still retains it's new-car smell Prospective buyers may view the car and if interested, I will drive the car (within reasonable distance) to your mechanic for him/her to inspect the veracity of the car's condition. Please note that I am in NO RUSH to sell this vehicle and will not entertain any lowball offers. This is not to say I will not budge on price. Just as I will not pressure anyone to buy the car, I will not entertain pressure to drastically reduce the price.
