The mileage is accurate and the odometer works fine. Ihe Volvo is a rare Classic Edition, one of 1000 made. The car runs great with no issues. I have owned and sold many 240's over the years and this is one of the nicer ones. It has no check engine light on. The car is an original classic model but is missing the dash number. (The number is on one of the small square dash pieces. They can pop out and break easily.) The Volvo has been checked over thoroughly. The Volvo had the timing belt done around 100k. New brakes, battery, main fuel pump. Tires are about 95%. The car is in overall good mechanical condition and ready for another 170k. The car rides nice and the front end looks tight. The exhaust is not new, but looks like it was replaced fairly recent.There is some very minor oil seepage, normal for its age. The Wagon is nice and straight and in excellent condition for its age. The paint still has a nice shine and overall the car looks sharp. It has a small rust spot behind the rear left wheel flap. It looks solid underneath but does have some minor rust normal for its age.. It looks like maybe one small spot was repaired, not bad for a 22 year old car. There is a very small dimple and clearcote peel on the front edge of the hood, and maybe a few barely noticeable scratches. The power windows, mirrors and door locks work. The power hatch lock is intermittent, but works fine with the key. I did replace the hatch wiring that breaks at the hinge. The car has good heat and AC. The factory radio works but does not have CD player.The interior is in good shape with some average wear. The seats are in good shape with no rips. There is a small crack in the drivers map pocket. Overall the interior is not bad for 22 years. Overall this is a nice 240 wagon that needs nothing to drive home and has many reliable miles left.
