Car had LEFT-hand lug nuts on LEFT side, but replaced left front drum (had right-hand lugs) due to crack in bearing holder. Cracked drum included in case you want to swag out the LH lugs and put them in the RH drum so it is back to LH on L. Right side has right-hand lugs front and rear.
