The device shown on top between the fuel caps is an immersion heater controlled by the green rocker switch on the dash. The red rocker switch on dash allows fuel to feed from the auxiliary tank. There is one minor dent on the left rear fender; bottom half (see photo). There was one minor repair made to the driver's seat; but that is the only blemish on any of the seats (see photo). In typical fashion, the dashboard has a few cracks (see photos). The upper console with temp & compass works perfectly. Since owning the truck, I have only driven 5300 miles per year and only in summer months. Truck has been stored inside during winter months and never driven in salt or snow! This '97 Cummins Diesel is in excellent condition mechanically with only a few cosmetic blemishes as noted above. Buy with confidence!
