Beautiful inside and out Five speed transmission Original window sticker, all books A rising classic in great colors! It's tough to dislike a twin turbo RX-7, but it IS tough to find a really nice one. We found this great example with just over 9000 miles and had to grab it! Outside, the paint is in extremely nice condition. The bumpers are the same shade off as the mirrors, but that's an indication that they weren't touched--paint (especially red) from that era never perfectly matched between the baked metal body and the unbaked plastic and urethane bolt ons. The glass is in great shape and all original. The wheels are clean and carry newer tires. The doors and hatch open and close like new. Inside the leather interior (thanks to the touring package) even *smells* new. The carpets are beautiful and there is no wear thanks to the sub 10,000 original miles. It's all original down to the original radio, too. The mechanical components are 100% stock and work like new. The rotary engine is not only perfectly smooth but whisper quiet at idle. The transmission shifts smoothly and the suspension is tight. This is a car that truly drives like new. Unmodified FD RX7's are nearly impossible to find, and this one has under 10,000 original miles.
