I am selling my 2005 Mercury Montego Premier AWD because I do not have the time to fix it and it would be easier to move without the extra vehicle here. This does Not mean that I Must sell it.Ok, now for car specifics. It has 123,300 miles on it right now and has had regular oil changes and maintenance. Just replaced all struts and front brakes. It also has 4 BRAND NEW MICHELIN TIRES on it with very low mileage on them. Car is in Good ShapeOk so what is wrong....It immediately needs either 2 new rear brake hoses and pads or 2 new rear calipers. I just replaced one caliper which is either defective or leads me to think it may be the lines. I just had the car serviced 2 weeks ago from the dealer and have the report to go along with it. They advise to also replace the serpentine belt but I do not know how valid that is. It is a dealer after all. I also replaced the drivers seat last year because the motor had gone. The interior is grey two-tone leather but the drivers seat is black. You may not even notice when you get in. Many people have been in the car multiple times before they even noticed the difference. I know that KBB is not the end all be all for vehicle pricing but I am asking Well Below KBB value. I am asking $2,500 OBO. No ridiculous Low Ball Offers. I will just ignore you.
