This is the second time I'm posting this car for sale thanks to a non-paying bidder. I've posted this up for sale at $11,200 - I believe anything less than that is a steal. You are bidding on a very clean, all original 1953 Cadillac Series 62 - The title lists this Caddy as a Fleetwood - however, some experts tell me the Fleetwood is a little longer. We purchased this car from a family friend in the Fall of 2014 to help them cover some expenses. We put new tires and brakes on the car and DROVE IT ALL THE WAY from NW Montana to Riverside, CA to a friends custom shop last October. This car starts, stops and runs strong…it's truly a gem. We planned to restore it, but we have too many projects so we're putting it up for sale. Buyer will pay for transportation from Riverside, CA. History: We know that the car was owned by one of the grandparents that we purchased it from. We believe it was painted and upholstered sometime in the 90's. A new gas tank and fuel pump was installed in 2012. The paint looks great in photos - but does show some signs of age. The Chrome is in excellent condition and in-tact both inside and out. Very minor signs of surface rust on the frame and rocker-panels. Engine is in-tact and is a 331ci V8 - runs excellent - starts and shifts smoothly If you're looking for a clean classic to restore - this is the one.
