UP FOR AUCTION: My recently retired Ford Ranger work truck. Retired because I found another one with low miles and started all over again. Truck has 199,000 miles. I bought it with 36,000 miles to use as a work truck. Recently Replaced: Front Tires BFG Long Trail TA less than 3000 miles ago ball joint and alignment at same time new radiator less that 10,000 miles ago new heater core at same time new water pump at same time new hoses at same time fuel injectors done at 150,000 Could honestly use: Rear Brake pads and spring kits Front Brake Pads Whatever has check engine light angry The body has rust. Not bad compared to some on cab (cab mounts are still solid) worse than others on bedside. Interior has coffee stains on carpet and wear on armrests, power locks try to work but don't (I have read this is common), driver seat recline lever is broken, but otherwise no issues some armor all wouldn't fix. I had an aftermarket stereo with amps so it will need a complete stereo including speakers as I moved it all to the new truck. The truck has sat since last fall when I got the new one. Now the check engine light is on. Truck starts and runs and is available for test drive, but has check engine light. It is probably something simple like egr or something from sitting. I don't have time to deal with it and the truck runs fine so it is something simple. The cap rear door is a little dented but works fine. One gas shock on drivers side cargo door is bad so it doesn't stay up. Toolbox side door works fine. This is a 200,000 mile truck and has no warranty or guarantees of any kind.
