1946 Chevy Pickup camaro stub, rack and pinion installed. 350 with 350 trans 10 bolt rear. Motor is just a stock small block with headers durashine Edelbrock intake with 600 Eledbrock carb with mechanical choke. Pleanty of chrome under hood including firewall. Truck has A/C but it needs charged the low pressure line starting leaking around the crimp so I would say the line needs replacing. Aluminum radiator and all the normal stuff. The rear has a highway gear (maybe a 2:73) at highway speed around 70 it tachs around 2500. The guy I bought it from drove it down from Jacksonville which is around 4 hours from me without any problems. Truck handles just like a car and everyone loves it when I take it out. Again it's not a hotrod just a cruiser but it runs great and is fun to drive. Unfortunitly I bought it back in October with intentions of using it on the weekends and so forth but in 5 months I problaly have driven it 6-8 times as I never seem to find time for it, drove it to work a few times on a nice Friday afternoon and around the neighborhood when I could find the time. Anyway I bought it at the NRSA show but now realize it needs to go. It is a steel body with glass fenders. There is some small cracks above the wheel on the front fenders but not bad. The piece that bolts to the drivers fender the goes up to the hood has a small bend to it but i have replacements which are in the picture. The side hood panels come with it and are in great shape I guess the guy took them off to show off the chrome on the motor but they also come with it. It has home made door panels that are nice but I bought the right ones and have painted one of them so far and the guy also gave me a new aftermarket grill that was painted but I took it to the chrome shop and had it chromed and it's perfect. It says Chevrolet on it as the one one the truck doesnt but it goes with it too and I see them running from $350 - 600 on Ebay. The wheels are American Racing with what look like new tires. It only has 1 wiper and is mechanical it's like a stainless boat wiper but in the time I have owned it it has never seen a drop of water and lives under cover in the garage but they sell electric ones if you planed on driving in the rain. The seats are Procar. All gauges and lights work except for the speedometer and I just never messed with it. The brakes are 2 wheel power disc and the master cyl and power brake booster are under the vehicle. The gauges are VDO. If I left anything out please feel free to ask me. I want a $500 deposit on paypal right away to make sure you are a serious buyer but a bank check or money transfer for the rest as paypal would kill me with all their charges.The truck doesnt leave until all funds have cleared but will remain undercover and safe until it is picked up by you or your shipper and i will help in any way possible with that.
