VIN: WVWRH63B24P056731 It features: Sliding sun roof Leather Seats Front seats are heated Radio with cassette and CD player OnStar emergency system The exterior is in clean shape with expected scratches and dings for the age of the car but there are no major issues. The tires have over half their life left in them. The inside is in a clean condition. There are some small scuffs but nothing significant. Part of the leather on the driver’s door is coming unglued (as seen in pictures). The car is functional. Terms and Conditions The following terms and conditions of sale apply to all of our online sales. Payment Methods Cash (in person), certified check, bank transfers, or 3rd party financing. All funds must be in US dollars only. Please be sure to have full payment and/or approved financing in place before making your final bid. Deposit The successful high bidder will submit a $500 non-refundable credit card deposit within 1 business day (Monday-Saturday) of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Payment of Balance Due The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 business days (mon-sat) of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle. Additional Fees and Taxes There is a $199 doc fee for title transfer, temporary tags, eBay item cost, and security policy. We are required to collect Indiana state sales tax (7%) and Indiana DMV fees for all transactions. Out of state buyers are responsible for state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state the vehicle will ultimately be registered. If seller sets up shipping through the dealership and buyer pays dealer for shipping fee, buyer will not have to pay Indiana sales tax, only the shipping fee and doc fee (Note that buyer will have to pay sales tax in buyers own state if applicable). Taxes and Registration fees Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title service fees and registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. All fees will be collected prior to delivery. Title Information While we usually have all titles in our possession at closing, we are allowed 21 days for title transfer. If payment is made by cashier's or personal checks we will hold all titles for 10 days or until funds have cleared. The title will be sent directly to the buyer unless the buyer secures a loan on the vehicle in which case the financial institution that gave the loan would get the title until the buyer has made the final payment on it. Shipping The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. We have a recommended shipper (Earth Auto Shippers) but that is all. We assume no responsibility for damages to the vehicle incurred after leaving our premises. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicle is delivered to the shipping company. Licensed Carriers are generally insured for $3,000,000.00. We are not affiliated with any carrier. Any claims or other communication regarding shipment of vehicles will be between you and the shipper, not with Richter Automotive, LLC. The amount of time it takes for delivery is dependent on the carrier. Verify with the shipper for an estimation of when the vehicle will arrive. Buyer's Inspection Our listings try to be as accurate as possible in the description of the vehicle. The seller has tried to disclose all information known about this vehicle for auction. Please be advised that used vehicles will have typical scratches and dings inherent to their year and mechanical parts are subject to fail. The seller welcomes and recommends a buyer's inspection. Winning bidder must notify seller and arrange for vehicle inspection with a local garage within 2 days of sale if desired. Inspection must be complete within 10 days. Buyer is responsible for any inspection charges and fees. Warranty No representations or warranties are made by seller. This vehicle is being sold "AS IS". All expressed and implied warranties, including implied warranties of fitness, are hereby disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law. Notice to Bidders All listed vehicles are available locally and are subject to prior sale; therefore, we resolve the right to cancel all bids and end an auction at any time should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. Please contact us to confirm availability. Bid Retractions Bid retractions are not allowed nor will be recognized within 12 hours of auctions end. Seller will not be obligated to sell in the event of a late retraction. Negative Feedback Bidders We do not allow bidding from negative feedback bidders. New bidders with zero feedback rating should email or call us prior to bidding. Successful Bidder The winning bidder will be contacted via email/phone after the auction closes or he/she must contact the seller within 24 hours to proceed with payment and delivery arrangements. The car will remain for sale locally until a deposit is taken. Non-Paying Bidder If no deposit is made or if the balance is not paid in full within 5 business days (mon-sat) following the close of the auction, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer. Disclaimer This car is being sold used (unless noted otherwise), and therefore might not have all items originally packaged with the vehicle (e.g. books, keys, etc.). The photographs are used to illustrate the car's exterior and interior features. Any bids placed on eBay provides buyer contact information to the seller for use in accordance with eBay auction policies. Finalizing Purchase Successful high bidder MUST communicate within 24 hours of the auction ending to make arrangements to complete their transaction. If we cannot confirm buyer’s intention to buy or the sale is not completed within 5 days, we reserve the right to re-list this vehicle or sell to any other qualified buyer. In order to secure the vehicle, the buyer must within 24 hours of bid closing send to Seller a Deposit by major credit card, cash in person or bank certified funds. Within 5 days of bid closing, buyer must send balance of funds by bank wire transfer, cash in person, bank certified funds to seller. Before said vehicle is released for shipment to buyer, all other sale related and title related paperwork must be signed and returned complete to seller. Paperwork Requirements Paperwork completion depends on the situation and how the vehicle was purchased. When the paperwork transaction is in person a copy of the buyer’s driver’s license will be required for documentation. If you are not paying in person we can mail, fax, or email the paperwork to you and you'll have to print it, sign it, and mail it back before final sale is completed, and before the vehicle will be released. If you are not buying the vehicle in person the paperwork must be signed at a notary’s office (most banks have a notary so use your personal bank to do this). This is to protect the buyer and the seller and prevents other people from fraudulently using their information for financial gain. NOTE: The final winning price of the listing is not the final price you will pay. Expect to pay more due to doc fees, shipping fees, and sales taxes.
