Listed here is a 1997 Honda Civic DX Hatchback. I have owned it since September 3rd, 1999. I am the second owner. The first owner put almost 40,000 of the vehicle's current 155,000 miles (as can be seen in the Carfax or Autocheck). For the past few years I've only put about 2,000-3,000 on it per year, which is why I'm selling it.All the major and minor scheduled maintenance has recently been performed. I have all service records. Until last year, this Civic was serviced at the local Honda dealer in Fort Lauderdale for all the time I've had it. The last service that was done there at Holman Honda last May is still under warranty until this May. The other major service done at a Rothe's, an independent full service auto repair shop going on it's 60th year, is also under warranty until May. Other recent service was done last summer at MBC the local NAPA service shop down here in Miami and is under warranty for 36 months/36,000 miles.I will link to an online directory of PDFs of all the service records shortly. Nine days went by fast. Please note: The accident listed in the AutoCheck was a minor accident in a parking lot by my old house, on election day 2000. There was minor damage to the passenger side door and quarter panel. The repair was initially done through the recommendation of Progressive Insurance at King Motors, which was in Fort Lauderdale on Sunrise Blvd at that time. It was a simple repair, but somehow they managed to botch it. (You can see in the service records where I took it to Holman in 2001 for the issue.) The re-repair was done by local Wreck Check certified shop James McHugh's Auto Collision. Even though it's not listed there was also another parking lot incident in March 2011 where a woman getting into her taxi opened the door on the same poor quarter panel. Any body repairs or service, mostly minor interior stuff as plastic rots, have always been done at McHugh's. The AutoCheck also lists three owners. But there is only 2. The owner change in 2008 was only a name change.The car has always been in South Florida. The original owner purchased it at Miami Honda. I know because I still have the pouch they gave with the salesman's business card, owner's manual, warranty information, and other documents. I had it in Fort Lauderdale. And for the last few years it's been back down here in my driveway in Miami not far from the original dealer. The only time it has left the state is the one time I took a road trip to New Orleans.
