These 1970-73 birds are the hottest cars on the pro-touring scene, getting lots of attention in magazine, shows ect. (I'm a little bias, since I got my first these are my favorite cars ever!!!) The prices are sky rocketing as it should, one of the sexiest car pontiac (R.I.P) ever made and not many to go around. This is a great opportunity to get in at a low price and start with a blank sheet. If your a builder you don't have to pay top dollar for a complete car when you are going to upgrade the whole drive train, suspension, brakes ect. She has a nice clean SC tittle so your options are limitless! I did a ls1 with my other one, meant it to be a weekend car, but I love driving it so much, every time I drive it I get at least a couple thumbs up, I ended up driving it almost every day. This one would make a great street rod , race, or show car it is a very solid starting point. After I started on my other bird I bought this one which was actually in better shape, but I was too far along to start over. In fact I robbed a piece of sheet metal from under bumper because it was a lot more solid. I really wanted to build this girl. I was going to black her out put the blue trans am sticker kit which is white and black single racing stripe and throw a $500 junk yard 5.3 and turbo it and have the time of my life!! Think the wife felt threatened hearing the excitement in my voice! I'm lucky enough to have one awesome girl (wife's not bad either) must pass this one on to another lucky person. I'm telling you once you get this thing going the good ole days will be current!!!! You should see in the pics though there are a handful of places that need patch panels, small area in trunk, 2 small spots in floor board and bottom quarters and a little area that was under the door weather stripping. I would think a decent metal guy could knock those spots out in half a day. Mostly very solid metal. Southern car!! I have three hoods ( 2 trans-am and one mint firebird) and several fenders and doors to chose from. Bring a big box with you and we will fill it up with parts (mirrors, brackets, horns, seat belts, interior parts ect.) Car is loosely bolted together for transport, no engine or transmission, has a clean SC tittle. If you are the winning bidder you can take any of these parts at pick up. Also have two sets of wheels and tires one is the 15" rally 2 other set is a five star drag racing design, buyers choice.On Feb-13-15 at 16:57:06 PST, seller added the following information: As you guys probably already noticed NO RESERVE!! I was going to sale my extra nose separately, but went ahead and threw it in with the extra grills in the picture. So you get two of these expensive noses in this deal!! As you can see in the pics you also get two lower valances, neither are great but no one makes metal ones anymore. If you look at the side picture with the drag wheels there are no wheel wells. that is incorrect there are 2 solid ones bolted in now.
