What you are looking at is a 1988 560 SL convertible Mercedes Benz that has been family owned since new. It has always been garaged and covered when stored. The car is in beautiful condition inside and out except for the things I mentioned at the beginning of my auction add. The car comes with a Mercedes car cover and a separate cover for the hard top. It has all the original manuals and booklets that came with it when purchased as well as all service records from day one. It still has the original jack and spare tire. The A/C and heater work great as well as the power windows and locks. All the dash lights and gauges all work. All the glass is in great shape without any cracks. The wood trim still looks great. The carpet and floor mats are in great shape as well. The tires are like new. The car has never been smoked in or had any pets inside. This car was owned by an engineer and has been meticulously cared for and maintained its entire life. The car has never been in any accidents so it has a clean title. The car is titled in Oregon but currently registered in California. The car passed California smog for the last renewal. The car looks great in the pictures and shows even better in person. This car is and always has been a fun weekend driver but I would also trust it for every day use and I would drive it anywhere.
