I got 24mpg mostly all city driving and 29mpg all highway driving. The car should pass safety and emissions, since I had it done on 6/27/2013. The transmission was swapped @115k and I was told it was from a 2005 cobalt that was sitting in the junkyard since 2007, so it is basically brand new. I also had a brand new clutch put in at the swap. I have the receipts for this & other recent repairs. The color is Laser Blue which is harder to find. The car was driving great until 1/10/15. I took it into a repair shop for a diagnosis and the paper work says, "Removed valve cover to check for the timing chain issue-found either guide or tensioner on chain went bad causing chain to jump teeth-while inspecting found four of the rocker arms sitting in the head which means valves were damaged when chain jumped." (see in pictures for diagnosis receipt) My plan was to sell the car before this happened, so I could pay for replacing the transmission and putting in the brand new clutch. It does not start and is sitting in my driveway. I have $3323 in receipts from new parts that have been put on after 6/15/2013, which is the date since I have owned the car.
