We are relisting this truck - original listing was deleted. We now have the title in hand-we also are having the exhaust altered so it exits on the exterior of the body.1977 Plymouth Trail Duster One tough Off Road “Veehicul”, built before the term SUV meant anything. Perfect for that Mopar enthusiast, equipped with the tough 318 V8, Automatic, factory Dana Axles, Mickey Thompson wheels with 36X13.50X15 Super Swampers. The odometer shows 90600, based on wear of the armrests, door panels, dash etc. there is good reason to belive these miles are actual, but, there is no way to verify the mileage as the truck was licensed in states where over a certain age the title indicates “mileage immaterial”. This truck is in good driver quality condition. The body is very straight and the paint job while not recent does not show any (Arizona pinstripes)deep scratches. There are small nicks and scratches as expected for a 38year old vehicle. The original style interior is also in good condition, the seats are upholstered in original white vinyl material. The carpeting is the original style loop pile in a light color and in good condition. There is a a trim piece on the back of the console that is broken from age (see picture). The steering wheel is not the original. The AC and heater work. The radio works but should be replaced with something a little newer. The truck runs and drives and everything works as intended. After sitting for a few days, there is no smoke when you start it, the idle has a little “rumpty-rump” to it like a mild cam but nothing crazy. The dual exhaust dumps just before the rear axle and while throaty it is not obnoxious. It drives and shifts wheel, it is obvious that it has larger tires and wheels and has the normal highway wander when fitted with 36” super swampers. The truck has an oil leak, while not pouring, it sat in place for several days and there was a spot on our driveway. It is fitted with Holley Electric pump that makes starting the truck a one pump affair. Owner's manual and original sales brochure go with the truck.
