Up for auction is my 2009 mini Cooper S. This vehicle has a buyback factory title however I've owned this vehicle for the past year and have not had any mechanical or operational issues. That being said the vehicle is being sold as is with no guarantees. I was told by the dealer that I bought it from that they got it from BMW and it had a crossmember in the panel roof replaced at the BMW factory (I had the paperwork showing the repair but cannot locate it now. I'm sure this info can be acquired from BMW) and that it was bought back from the original owner who claimed that the rattle in the roof was unrepairable by the dealer. I have recently replaced the tires with Cooper performance tires. I have also replaced the rear brakes and they were installed by the dealer. The water pump had a minor leak so I had them replace the entire waterpump while it was in for breaks. I have really enjoyed this vehicle and it is a blast to drive however I just bought another vehicle so it's been decided that this one will have to go. The miles will change from the time of this listing as I continue to drive it two days a week. Outside of the area buyers will need to arrange their own transportation for the vehicle if not picking up in person. A nonrefundable $500 deposit is required within 24 hours of the auction closing.
