Hello! You are bidding on an fair condition 2001 Mazda Tribute LX V6. The highest bidder will be receiving a fixer upper at an excellent price. It has a surprisingly large and spacious interior for a smaller sized SUV. The V6 engine allows the car to cruise with ease at 80 mph while getting exceptional gas mileage. If you want to stand out from the crowd but have a limited budget, this is the car for you. The highest bidder gets it. It's as simple as that. That's right, there is NO RESERVE! Exterior:The deep glossy white paint holds a shine so brilliant you can see your reflection in it . Of course, due to age and wear there will be minor imperfections such as small dings and chips. However, I’d put it up against any other comparable Tribute on the market today. I have taken hi-res pics of the imperfections which are truly very small and hard to pick up by camera. I did try my best to capture any and all imperfections so there are no surprises for the new owner. Interior:The tan interior is free of any major imperfections. There are no major, if any, tears or rips or excessive wear marks on the seats. This is a non-smoker car so there aren't any funny odors. The rear seats fold down to allow room for larger objects which is perfect for moving furniture or other larger items. The stereo sounds great and the head unit is a newer JVC player that is bluetooth capable. Overall, the interior looks great and shows very well for its age! It will not disappoint. Mechanical:Mechanically, the car needs some work as it is a fixer-upper. A new transmission is needed. It received a recent tune-up and the engine is in excellent condition. Once the transmission is taken care of, I wouldn't hesitate to drive this car cross-country (as I already have). The engine is free of oil leaks and no smoke comes from the exhaust. There are no strange noises or squeaks from the motor; it pulls strong as an ox. Tires are fairly new. Recent maintenance includes new front brakes; new rotors and pads, oil change, new alternator, new spark plugs, and valve cover gaskets. Again, this car needs a new transmission and thereafter should be setup to last a very long time for the new lucky owner. Payment:There is a $200 processing fee.
