For sale is a 1953 Dodge pick up truck I acquired in a trade this last October. It has sat in my shop since, recently put it out front for sale. It has underwent two prior restorations by previous owner. Engine is a Chevy 305 and runs strong. It has a jaguar xj6 suspension, new brakes and lines all around. Rear end is a 9 inch 1961 Ford F100. Exhaust looks to be in great shape as well as tires. Interior is solid but needs finishing touches. Side glass on doors needs replacing. Do have new weather stripping for some of the windows. Transmission is a 400 Turbo 1973 Corvette. It has a leak at the seal of pan and tranny(needs new seal). Currently does not shift properly(automatic trans.). I am thinking it is a vaccum or modulator problem, but needs to be addressed. Last owner had it on the road and did drive it to my house.It has both a generator and altenator charging system.(6 and 12 volt). Paint has some chips in it, but is ok overall. The truck is solid overall . This would make a great project truck for someone interested. Buyer is responsible for towing ,and or delivery of vehicle. Purchase is an as is deal. No warranties.
