No one has ever smoked in this truck as far as I can tell; no odor that I can detect. I am not the original owner and I do not know how many previous owners there were but I am inclined to say only one. Rear brakes, calipers, and rotors were replaced in October 2014. Front brakes per the mechanic have at least 10,000 miles left on them. Bed lining is very tough and about 1/4 inch thick. There is no damage to this bed lining. There is a tool box with two side openings installed in the bed and it is included. This is a half ton capacity truck.
