I remind all of you here on eBay that the "Fair" estimate is 10.6k in the KBB (easy to verify), and that I got an offer in hand from Carmax, valid until next week, for $5'800 (they buy car to resell with a profit!). so yes I will sell it a little bit less than 7k because of the accident, again which I disclosed below since day one, and this is why I'm not trying to get 9k out of it!
