You are bidding on a 1970 Volkswagen Beetle with sunroofThe odometer shows 104387 miles. ID Number: 110 2676579 This Beetle's restoration started 8 years ago. This was the man's (whom I bought the car from) mother's car since the late 1970's. The car was COMPLETELY disassembled to be restored and will need to be re-assembled. The body has been striped to the metal, sprayed entirely with zinc chromate primer andthen gray primer in some areas. The body is almost rust free, with only a few tiny holes other than in the bottom of the front trunk spare tire area.All fenders, the front and rear apron panels are new. The heater channels have no rust. The floor pans have been replaced. The chassis has a few bolts attached to the body.New floor pan to body rubber seal is installed.Two sets of pop-out rear quarter windows, 2 flush mounted rear quarter windows, both door glass, door quarter glass, and a new front windshield glass are included.The front suspension has been rebuilt. New shocks, disk brake spindles, callipers, rotors and pads were added. In the rear, new brakes installed. (brake rotors and drums now have surface rust)The running single port engine has been rebuilt and has zero driven miles. A new distributor, distributor cap, rotor, points, spark plugs, spark plug wires, fuel pump, carburetor, air filter,German muffler and tail pipes have been installed. The trans-axle drive shafts need to be installed. The engine has new clutch and pressure plate. A new battery is included.TOW BAR INCLUDED.
