This is an excellent, extremely clean and well maintained low mileage WOLFSBURG EDITION camper. New parts include rear axels(with cv), brakes all around,upper ball joints,t joint for cooling system and transmission seal. The engine and transmission are both strong and without issues. You will essentially be the second owner of this bus as I have only used it for trips this summer. Upon purchasing this bus ( my second vanagon) I had my trusted VW mechanic make a list of all worn items that may give me trouble. The list above is what was noted and replaced. All original manuals are included and this is unmolested and original. The vehicle will be sold with as is with no warranty. I've described the vehicle to the the best of my ability and with this sale will include a bill of sale for the selling price and title. All shipping costs are the buyers responsibility. The vehicle is currently in the Reno/Tahoe area and registered in GA.The following is the selling description from yaztec motors ,from whom I purchased the vehicle. I found this description accurate and honest.HERE IS THE DETAILED DESCRIPTION: EXTERIOR: THE BODY PANELS ARE RAZOR STRAIGHT AND HAVE PERFECT SHUT LINES. THE NEW PAINT IS GLOSSY AND HAS A DEEP FINISH. THERE ARE A FEW MINOR FLAWS IN THE PAINT THAT ARE HARDLY NOTICEABLE.THIS VAN HAS A HIGH DRIVER QUALITY PAINT AND AND NOT A SHOW PAINT. THE UNDER-CARRIAGE INCLUDING THE FLOOR PANS, INNER AND OUTTER SILLS, INNER FENDERS, DOOR HINGES, ETC. ARE TOTALLY RUST-FREE. THE UNDER-CARRIAGE IS A LITTLE DIRTY AND NEED TO BE PRESSURE WASHED. THE CHROME BUMPERS ARE IN EXCELLENT ORIGINAL CONDITION.THE REAR BUMPER BLADE HAS A SMALL BOW IN THE MIDDLE. ALL GLASS AND LIGHT LESNES ARE IN EXCELLENT CONDITION. THE WINDOWS HAVE DARK SMOKE/ PURPLISH ( VERY 1980'S LOOKING) TINTING. THE WINDSHIELD SEAL WAS JUST REPLACED. THE SPRING LOADED POP UP ROOF FUNCTIONS PROPERLY. THE TENT IS IN GOOD ORIGINAL CONDITION. A SMALL AREA IN ONE CORNER HAS BEEN REPAIED. THE STEEL PORTION OF THE ROOF ADJACENT TO THE TENT IS SOILD AND IN BEAUTIFUL CONDITION ( SEE PHOTOS). ALL PLASTIC GRILLS, VENTS, ETC. ARE IN GREAT CONDITION. ONE OF THE PLASTIC HUBCAPS ARE CRACKED. INTERIOR: THE FRONT AND REAR TAN CLOTCH SEAT COVERS ARE IN EXCELLENT ORIGINAL CONDITION. THE FRONT SEATS WERE PROTECTED WITH A SET OF SLIP-ON COVERS AND WE REMOVED THEM. THE REAR BENCH HAS COUPLE OF SMALL STAINED AREARS. THE ORIGINAL CARPETS ARE IN EXCELLENT CONDITION. THE FRONT COVERS WERE PROTECTED WITH A SET OF ORIGINAL BROWN VW FLOOR MATS. THEY ARE OLD BUT SERVICEABLE. THE DASH PAD, INSTRUMENT CLUSTER, STEERING WHEEL, DOOR PANELS, HEADLINER, AND SUNVISORS ARE IN EXCELLENT ORIGINAL CONDITION. THIS VAN STILL HAS ALL THE ORIGINAL CURTAINS AND BUG SCREENS. THE PICTURES SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES. THE VAN CAME WITH A REMOVEABLE REFRIGERATOR IN THE REAR COMPARTMENT. WE HAVE NEVER TESTED TO SEE IF IT WORK. THE SPRING LOADED POP UP ROOF OPENS AND CLOSES WITH EASE. THE COURTESY LIGHT FIXTURE ON THE LEFT SIDE OF THE REAR CABIN IS BROKEN AND NOT WORKING. MECHANICAL: THE ENGINE STARTS UP IMMEDIATELY, SOUNDS QUIET, IDLES GREAT, RUNS COOL AND PERFORMS WELL. THE TRANSMISSION SHIFTS GREAT THROUGH ALL 4 GEARS AND REVERSE AND THE CLUTCH IS STRONG. THE BRAKES AND SUSPENSION FUNCTION PROPERLY. THE EXHUST SYSTEM IS OLD BUT QUIET AND SERVICEABLE. THE CAR RUNS VERY SMOOTH ON A SET OF LIKE NEW TIRES. ELECTRICAL: THE LIGHTS, TURN SIGNALS, HORN, FAN MOTORS, WINDSHIELD WIPERS, AND RADIO WORK PROPERLY. THE TEMP. AND FUEL GAUGE WORK BUT SOMETIMES DO NOT REGISTER PROPERLY.
