Here I have for sale is a 1960 VW Beetle. This Beetle I took on a trade back in 2010, and has been sitting in my private collection ever since. I did get the Bug running again recently today to shoot a quick video, but I will still be listing it as a non running project. When I had it running the engine, trans, clutch, brakes, and lights all worked. The speedometer, and parking brake did not. The whole car is pretty solid, take a look at the 273 picture slideshow I provided in the listing to see what all was done to the car, and how it looks now. The car is titled off of the original VIN plate, and it is titled in FL in my fathers name. I am also proving with the car a picture flip book, that includes where the car was found in California, to where the car was lowered and "Hoodride approved". The car had spent its entire life in California, until it was brought to Florida in 2010. The engine is a dual port and it is not the original engine. I will now let my 273 picture slideshow and video of her running do the talking, but please ask all questions before bidding. You must use a regular computer or laptop to see the slideshow and video. They will not show up with apps, phones, or some tablets. This is a NO RESERVE auction. No warranties expressed or implied , and a as is where is sale. Feel free to have the car inspected if you like. All sales are final, and there are no refunds or returns, and inspections are recommended. Full payment is do within 7 days after the auction has ended. Buyer must also contact me within 2 days after the auction has ended to set up a time for payment and pickup. VW must be picked up in Dade City FL. As long as the VW is paid for in full within 7 days after the auction has ended, then she can sit here for up to two months, but would like it picked up as soon as possible.
