For Sale is one: 1965 Buick Skylark Grand Sport Factory options: 401 Big Block Nailhead (no 300 c.i.d. HERE!) 4 Speed Manual Transmission (Borg Warner Super T-10) 10 Bolt Posi-traction rear Differential Bucket Seats Tilt Wheel Vinyl Roof This car was ordered with the dark green interior and dark green exterior paint and vinyl roof. Super rare combination! Original Engine and 4 speed Trans were pulled years ago in the 70's and a 455 Buick with an automatic was installed in it's place. Since then, the engine and automatic has been pulled out and now is ready for someone to make it back into a true muscle car. I do have an assembled 1965 date coded MT 401 big block for this car. From intake to oil pan. I also have the original 65 Buick Flywheel and Eelco Bell housing for the manual transmission. And for the Piece de resistance'.... I do have the Original date coded (1965) Super T-10 4 speed for this vehicle, It has 8 splines in the input shaft and 8 on the tail shaft as well. These I will post on Ebay separately if this car sells. ALL pictures show before we steam cleaned the vehicle! The engine is not a MT it is a LT date coded motor that will be sold at a later date. The front brakes are disc and the 10 bolt has been replaced by a 12 bolt with a posi. When the previous owner installed a 455, I guess he didn't want anything to break! This was a professional installation. Nothing was cut to make this work, its a true B.O.P. differential, so it bolted right in. Also, I enclosed a picture of the true 4 speed, this does not go with this auction. When, not if, but when the auction for this car is over, I will post the engine and transmission combo on Ebay. I have the correct LT coded 401, correct GS flywheel and correct Super T-10 4 speed. Good luck bidding!
