The frame structure is rust free underneath and the car will be safe after the tires are replaced with fresh rubber,The REAR brakes and rotors are brand new and the fronts brakes and rotors are good,The upgraded battery is only one year old in the front,There's 2 alternators and both are charging excellent.On Jan-01-15 at 07:27:41 PST, seller added the following information: The tires are over 6 years old and thats why they dry rotted
