I am selling this 2010 Honda Civic LX-S 5 speed manual transmission for one of the college's good and long time employees in a (NO RESERVE) auction. This is a privately owned vehicle purchased from the local Honda dealer as a pre-owned certified civic. I checked out the car and would say It is in good to near excellent condition, for a nearly five year old civic LX-S. The 47K miles is below average for a 2010 model. It does have a couple of minor scratches and dents but nothing noticeable that I would say detracts from the overall appearance of the car. The vehicle was completely checked out and serviced by the Honda dealer prior to delivery to the college's employee .I took the pictures I thought would give a potential bidder and idea of the condition of the civic. The vehicle has been well maintained while the employee has owned the car. He and his wife have only put 11,000 miles on the car since they purchased it, and it is paid for. Unfortunately his wife was involved in a severe accident over two years ago. A school bus rear ended her at a stop light. She has undergone back and neck surgery to correct injuries and relieve pain related to the accident. They have owned the civic for 15 months. The pain from nerve damage appears to have come back to where she now finds it is to difficult driving a manual transmission ( clutch pedal ) in city stop and go driving conditions , car pooling kids back and forth .There is and extended dealer's warranty that goes with the civic which has another 28,000 miles on it or 48 months. The tires are in average condition , but may be the reason for a slight pull. Car fax shows civic was not involved in any vehicle accidents. The civic is ready to be driven to any destination in the US. If you have been shopping for a Honda Civic here on e-bay and see these dealer asking prices ,you realize someone is going to get a great deal on this civic lx-s and what a perfect Christmas present, for that special someone.
