1976 Chevrolet Pick Up this nice 1976 Chevrolet pick up. I am helping my friend sell this truck. The truck was built in the Atlanta GM manufacturing plant. The truck has been updated and modified considerably as will be shown in this narrative. The truck is a power steering and power brake vehicle. The engine is a 350 V8 with a Holley carb with an electric choke on a aluminum high rise intake. It cranks and runs smooth with considerable power. The odometer is an Auto Meter speedometer/odometer and shows 6200 miles . The engine exhausts through headers to straight pipes. The truck sounds great. There is an electric fuel pump. The truck drives straight and was aligned on May 2, 2012. The u-joints look to have been replaced. The body mounts have all been replaced with polyurethane pads. The underside of the truck is very clean. There is no rust on the bottom of the truck. The wheels are a aftermarket. These wheels sell at retail for $400+ The truck has been painted but it is not known when this was done. The paint is presentable but there are some wears in the panels and it is not super straight. The interior of the truck has been modernized with operating power bucket seats. There is a console. All gauges have been replaced with desirable Auto Meter gauges. The exterior lights all operate. The truck has what appears to be a new complete wiring harness. To summarize, this 1976 Chevrolet pickup is a fine vehicle. It is as clean underneath as it is on the exterior. It cranks, starts, runs, shifts and drives very nicely. And although we do not know the complete history of the truck a past owner has put a lot of money and effort in this truck.
