1989 CAMARO IROC Z CONVERTIBLE 5 SPEED This is a hard to find car. It runs and drives fine and trans shifts fine. These cars are getting hard to find unmolested. The Camaro is stock except for a Flowmaster muffler and Pioneer CD player. The car retains all emission parts including the catalytic converter. I have installed a new computer, o2 sensor, hood shocks, distributor cap and rotor, and radiator fan motor. The previous owner replaced the fuel pump and filter, new smog pump and serpentine belt, front and rear stabilizer links, new battery, and changed the oil. The car runs fine but could use a tune up since it did sit in a garage for some time when previous owner died. The car has a clear Alabama title and the CARFAX is clean. The body is very straight except for a small dent on driver fender and has some surface rust under the truck lid(common issue on these cars) but the rest of car is solid including the battery tray. The trunk motor still works and the car still has the original space saver spare. The tires on the car are like new and wheels are in good shape. The original RPO sticker is still inside the center console. The only issues is the car needs to restored. The paint is faded, top is original and needs replaced, and needs interior work. Does have the normal gauge issue problems these cars have after a few years: speedo does not work, rpm gauge reads wrong, and gas gauge reads incorrect the rest seem to work fine. Was ordered with manual windows and mirrors which is unusual for an Iroc. The air blows but needs to be charged. Very hard to find a 5 speed Iroc Z and you get a convertible which is even harder to find. These cars are going up in value and I had planned on restoring it but I purchased a low mileage Iroc convertible and have some other toys and just don't have time for this much of a project. This would be a very sharp car once it is restored. The reserve is very reasonable and if you have any questions just ask.
