b4uwereborn Store   1977 VW Bus Type 2   Very original and practically rust free with the exception of some surface rust Runs and drives with no major issues Everything operates as it should, all electrical systems function as they should Undercarriage is rust free and amazingly solid New battery, fuel pump and relay, distributor cap, rotor, wires and spark plugs, new fuel line and filter, as well as  valve cover gaskets The main issue it has is that it was in storage since 1993 and there is some scale in the gas tank. I had my mechanic try to flush it out, but it still has issues. I currently have an auxiliary fuel tank hooked up You can either find a clean tank, or remove the current one and take it to a radiator shop, where it can be thoroughly cleaned out You are more than welcome to come inspect it and  take it for a drive Well, I don't know what else to say except BID HIGH! I accidentally replied without publishing. Hey, this looks like an honest bus. Are all the locks with the same key? Can you give me more pictures of the front and rear floor ledges and sills. He was repainted on the right side to the half? It looks as if they were two different green. Greetings Torsten Hello Torsten, The key opens all three door locks and starts the vehicle. It fits in the rear hatch lock, but does not turn and I did not want to force it. I just added 24 more photos including a lot of the sills. I also took some more photos of the right side of the bus where it looks like it was repainted. I do not believe it was repainted. When you look at it from the front of the vehicle it appears more uniform than when you look from the rear. There is no sign of it being repainted. The only thing I can think of is that maybe someone started to buff it out some years ago and never finished??? There is some surface rust by the right front sill. Thanks, Greg
