this is a NO RESERVE auction, the highest bidder will take the car, please note that this is the third time posting the car due to non paying bidders, so i would need to confirm your bid and payment method by phone at the time of your bid or your bid will be cancelled. please do not bid if you do not have money in hand to pay or prearranged financing with your bank. if you bid be ready to pay deposit immediately and full payment after 48 hours by our approved payment methods. this is a 1975 porsche targa with an updated engine to a 1989 3.2 L  it has a porsche original slant nose option but this is not factory installed, it was added to the vehicle recently. it has wide body fenders, but those are not original to this vehicle either, came from a 1989 turbo. interior has been updated and is in good overall condition with no visible wear or tears in any place at all, including the steering wheel the exterior has some very minor imperfections like a couple cracks in the front fender. it also has a couple bubbles on the paint near the rear window, but nothing major at all, the paint is in good condition as well the car has no leaks and is running perfectly well. the transmission shifts smooth and it is actually a very fast car! it has a custom sound system with jl audio amp alpine stereo and it sounds great! it has brand new tires in the rear and 80 % thread on the front ones. it also has the rear turbo wing and it is original from porsche but not original to this specific car. the targa top has just been redone so it looks great! all dash gauges work fine except for the tach that sometimes works and sometimes it doesn't. the car shows 18,500 miles but reality is 118,500 as it exceeded its mechanical limits. i have no records of prior service done to the car. i am a licensed and bonded deler in texas so if this car sells in texas i would have to title it for you, and taxes and fees will have to be added on to the price. if the car sells to any other state the only balance will be your bid. inspections are welcomed and encouraged. finally if you have any questions please ask before bidding. feel free to call this number 210-530-1300 thanks! and happy bidding! On Dec-04-14 at 12:38:49 PST, seller added the following information: correction, it has come to my attention by a user that this car does not have a 3.2l engine as i initially said, i had the car checked to accurately represent the engine and it has been confirmed that the engine is a 930/64 model with serial number 6890167. please do your own research on it, i can assess that the engine is in great condition and that it has those markings on the block. thank you Niles!
