This 60 year old farm truck is an outstanding project truck and is amazingly straight and rust free. There is surface rust and some repairable “rust through” in the usual places. Door pillars have surface rust only. We started the flathead engine before we bought the truck in 2012 (ran and sounded okay). The truck is very complete and original. Sale will include miscellaneous extra F-100 parts, with seat frame (less slider tracks), and manuals. Work completed includes:· All front-end body parts, running boards and rear fenders were removed (those 50-year old, awkwardly located nuts and bolts were a challenge).· Fenders (front, front inner & rear) were chemically stripped and primed (years of dirt, rust, paint & bondo gone!).· Radiator mount, left & right front air deflector panels and upper radiator valance stripped and powder coated matte black (they look great).· All new front body attaching hardware (fenders, valances, etc.).· Body parts have been refitted for initial alignment and checking. Fit and alignment is better than expected!. Clear California title in our name is in hand. California registration is current under a valid non-operation permit.
